You can return your purchases by mail. The original receipt must be included in order to process the return.
*Please note that purchases made during pop-up or Girls Night Out events are limited to a 15 day return policy.
- We accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or your item cannot be returned.
- Damaged items can be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
- Gift Cards and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Coupon code items of 40% off or more are also final sale.

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
